NICODOM FTIR Database Polymers Extended (2072 spectra)
The infrared spectral
library „NICODOM IR Polymers Extended“ is a FTIR spectral database of 2072 FTIR
(ATR) digital spectra of polymers, fibers and other related compounds used in
polymer industry.

The Nicodom FTIR spectra of
polymers were collected using the FTIR Spectrometer Nexus 670 ™ (Thermo) and
the Miracle™ single bounce ATR accessory (Pike Technologies) equipped by ZnSe
or Si crystal.
The Nicodom spectral
library of polymers features resolution of 4cm-1 in the spectral range 600-4000
cm-1, measurement time 1 minute, the instrument was purged by dried air.

The infrared spectral
library „NICODOM IR Polymers Extended“ is delivered as two separate spectral
libraries - "Nicodom IR Polymers (1615 spectra)" and "Nicodom IR
Fibers” (457 spectra).
The polymer and fiber
samples were selected and FTIR spectra collected 2006-2007, the Nicodom IR
Libraries include many new substances which came to market during the last
decade.
